TO ORDER:

-Select the team colors from the drop-down. If you do not see the colors you need, select 'other' and note them in the personalization box

-Add name (to go over the Pom Pom), Team Mascot (to go over bow), and preferred contact number to the personalization box (number will be programmed to chip and if your item is lost and recovered, all a person would need to do is tap their smartphone to the tag and it will call the number programmed)

-Choose to Display Number on Tag or Do Not Display phone number on tag (we will program your number to the chip but will not print it on the tag if you choose for privacy)
